"Rino of Pericon was amazing to work with. It was my first serious construction project and I felt in safe hands. They walked me through the process as much as he could & patiently answered all the questions I had along the way.

I didn't know what was behind the walls but I have had zero problem since the project was finished. The plumbing, HVAC, electricity and all the other serious components were completed very professionally.

As far as the finishes are concerned, I am also very pleased. I see them everyday, so it mattered a lot that Rino understood what I wanted. And he nailed it!

There are always unforseeable problems when you open the 4 walls of a 2 storey building. But Rino always offered multiple solutions at different costs so we were able to make informed decisions.

Infact all the things that Pericon recommended us to upgrade and we didn't, we ended up upgrading them anyway within the next two years.

So if Pericon tells you that you can avoid changing those windows or keep the roof as is it for a while longer, keep it. But if they tell you the electric panel will only survive 2 more years, then, let them change it.
Bottom line: I felt really well informed, well taken care of and the finished product is amazing!
